At manntaara, we believe in clarity and transparency in our session structure and fee policies. Please read the following carefully before booking your session.

Complimentary Onboarding Call

We offer a free 10–15 minute introductory call to:

1. Understand your primary concern
2. Establish initial rapport
3. Explain the counselling process
4. Clarify questions regarding sessions

This call is non-therapeutic in nature and is meant for orientation purposes only.

Session Structure & Fees

Starter Package – First Three Sessions

  • Total Fee: ₹4,200
  • Includes: 3 counselling sessions
  • Duration: 50–60 minutes per session
  • Payment: Full payment required in advance before the first scheduled session

The first three sessions are structured to:
– Explore concerns in depth
– Conduct assessment and goal-setting
– Establish therapeutic direction

Ongoing Sessions (From 4th Session Onwards)

  • ₹1,500 per session
  • 50–60 minutes per session
  • Pay per session basis

Future sessions will be scheduled mutually and confirmed upon payment.

Booking & Confirmation

  • Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received.
  • Confirmation details will be shared via Email and WhatsApp.
  • Payment instructions will be provided after the onboarding call.

manntaara reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative slots will be offered.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise.

  1. Clients may reschedule a session up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled time at no additional cost.
  2. Rescheduling requests made less than 6 hours before the session will not be eligible for refund.
  3. Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered as completed sessions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. As sessions involve dedicated time slots, confirmed payments are generally non-refundable.
  2. In case of valid emergency situations, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of manntaara.
  3. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Late Arrival Policy

  • If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
  • The full session fee will apply.

Agreement

By booking a session with Manntaara, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Fees & Cancellation Policy.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Clients are encouraged to review it periodically.
