manntaara offers both online and in-person counselling sessions.

Online Sessions

Sessions are conducted through secure video platforms, allowing individuals to access professional support from the comfort and privacy of their own space.

In-Person Sessions

Offline counselling sessions are available in Bangalore City and are conducted by prior appointment. Location details will be shared with clients once a session is scheduled.

Emergency Support Notice

manntaara provides counselling services through scheduled appointments and does not offer emergency or crisis intervention services.
